Our event pieces will be on display in our Lombard Store on Tuesday, May 3, 2011.
For those collectors attending Mouse Expo in San Luis Obispo, CA, we will have a sneak peak of our event pieces on display in our room.

How to Order

Attendees:

Collectors must pay the $115 registration fee in order to attend FairyTales' "Truly Scrumptious" luncheon. Attendees may choose to prepay for the Event Pieces before the event in one payment or by using any one of the various layaway options. Final payments must be complete no later than the day of the luncheon in order to pick up pieces at the event.

Attendee Pieces ("Licorice Whip", “Lil’ Miss Cupcake” and "Petit Four") may only be purchased at the "Truly Scrumptious" luncheon. They will be available to attendees only, and limited according to the number of attendees at the luncheon.

Non-Attendees:

Non-attendee collectors may place orders for any of the five Event Pieces. Pieces will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Orders will be shipped after the event, starting Monday, August 1, 2011.

Event: 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.

This is an optional event for attending collectors. Registered attendees will be hosted at a dessert reception with fun & games. Transportation can be arranged with the Westin Hotel shuttle service. A party favor is included with your fee. Space is limited. Preregistration is required with payment in full.

Deadline for registering for this event is Friday, July 15, 2011.
Cost per person: $45.

Preregistration is required. On-site check-in will begin at 9:30 a.m. Registered collectors may pick up their goodie bags and purchase event pieces and attendee pieces throughout the luncheon. Join us for a day of fun and surprises! All attendees will receive a special party favor. Space is limited & available on a first-come first serve basis.

Layaway Options

We will offer collectors various layaway options for our "Truly Scrumptious" event. Layaways will start when the order is placed and all payments will be processed 30 days after the first payment is started. Layaways started in March will have a 5 payment option, April will have a 4 payment option, May will have a 3 payment option and June will have a 2 payment option. Collectors are also welcome to pay for the event pieces in full if they choose. We will not offer a layaway option on any attendee pieces. All items purchased at the "Truly Scrumptious" luncheon must be paid in full at the event. All layaways should be paid in full by July 24, 2010 to guarantee pieces.

Proxy Attendee Policy

FairyTales is not responsible for facilitating any attendee proxy agreements. All arrangements must be directly between the collector and proxy. FairyTales cannot take responsibility for shipping, replacing damaged items, or providing the goodie bag, event pieces, attendee pieces, party favors and/or prizes to the non-attending collector. All arrangements, including payment and shipping should be understood between the non-attending collector and proxy before the event, and are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.
